What This Program Is
Garbh Samskar is the conscious nurturing of your baby’s physical, emotional, and mental development-starting in the womb.
This program combines ancient wisdom, Ayurvedic prenatal care, sound science, and mindful practices to support mothers across all three trimesters.
Program Structure
This program has two parts:
- Foundational Garbh Samskar Workshop (mandatory, one-time)
- Trimester-wise Garbhini Paricharya Sessions (attended as pregnancy progresses)
PART 1: Foundational Garbh Samskar Workshop
Date: 24th January 2026
Mandatory For all mothers – any trimester
Time: 10:00 AM IST | Duration: 2.5 Hours | Mode: Live Online
This foundational workshop introduces the essence and purpose of Garbh Samskar and lays the base for conscious pregnancy practices across all trimesters.
What You Will Learn:
- The philosophy and science behind Garbh Samskar
- How sound, breath, and awareness influence the baby in the womb
- Establishing conscious communication through Garbh Samwad
- Nourishment of body, mind, and emotions during pregnancy
- Mindful conduct, thoughts, and emotional hygiene for mothers
- An introduction to Garbhini Paricharya and Ayurvedic prenatal care
- Understanding values, virtues, and the concept of Garbh Shiksha
This workshop is mandatory for all trimesters, as it creates the foundation for all Garbh Wisdom practices that follow.
PART 2: Trimester-Specific Garbhini Paricharya Sessions
After the foundational workshop, mothers attend sessions specific to their trimester.
For Mothers in 1st Trimester

This trimester-specific session gently supports mothers during the early and most sensitive phase of pregnancy, helping them understand what is happening within the body and how to care for themselves with awareness and ease.
What This Session Focuses On
- Understanding early pregnancy changes and week-wise development
- Emotional absorption and its influence during the first trimester
- Simple day-to-day guidelines to support body and mind
- Introductory Ayurvedic guidance on food and nourishment
- Weekly affirmations to support calmness and reassurance (PDF provided)
- Navigating emotional and relationship shifts in early pregnancy
- A short, gentle prenatal yoga practice designed specifically for the first trimester
This session is designed to feel reassuring, not overwhelming, and offers mothers a safe space to understand, settle, and trust their early pregnancy journey.
For Mothers in 2nd Trimester
Date: 26th January 2026
Time: 10:00 AM IST | Duration: 90 Minutes| Mode: Live Online
The second trimester is often a phase of increased energy, physical changes, and deeper emotional connection with the baby. This session is designed to help mothers strengthen, nourish, and consciously support themselves and their growing baby during this phase.
What This Session Focuses On
- Understanding week-wise development during the second trimester
- Common physical discomforts and simple ways to manage them
- Ayurvedic guidance on food and nourishment for this phase (PDF provided)
- Weekly affirmations to support confidence, stability, and emotional balance (PDF provided)
- Safe physical activity and healthy weight awareness during pregnancy
- Gentle mental practices to support the baby’s developing intellect
- A guided prenatal yoga practice suitable for the second trimester
This session helps mothers move through the second trimester with strength, awareness, and balance, supporting both the body’s changing needs and the baby’s ongoing growth.
For Mothers in 3rd Trimester

Time: 10:00 AM IST | Duration: 2 Hours| Mode: Live Online
The third trimester is a phase of physical readiness, emotional settling, and mental preparation for birth. This session supports mothers in gently preparing the body and mind for labour, while also addressing common concerns that arise during the final weeks of pregnancy.
What This Session Focuses On
- Understanding week-wise development as the baby prepares for birth
- Common third trimester discomforts and supportive ways to manage them
- Ayurvedic guidance on food and herbs that support natural labour readiness
- Weekly affirmations to cultivate calmness, trust, and confidence (PDF provided)
- A guided labour preparation practice, including breathing and movement
- Practical guidance on preparing a hospital backpack for mother and baby (PDF provided)
This session is designed to help mothers approach the final phase of pregnancy with clarity, readiness, and inner calm, supporting a smoother transition into labour and birth.
How This Program Works
This program is designed to move with your pregnancy, not overwhelm you.
- Every mother begins with the Foundational Garbh Samskar Workshop. This one-time live session helps you understand Garbh Samskar, Garbh Samwad, and the philosophy behind conscious pregnancy.
- After this, you attend only the Garbhini Paricharya session relevant to your current trimester.

- You may attend the live session when your trimester session is conducted, or
- You can request recording access if attending live is not comfortable.
- You are not expected to attend future trimester sessions immediately.
