Wanted to share we had our baby girl - Raya on 24th April at 10:29 PM. Your classes and advice came extremely handy for my wife during her active labour - lamaze breathing, pelvic breathing. I thankfully had revised my notes on my way to the hospital so that I could guide her well during the time she needed me the most. Ankita also kept at it with the yoga poses a few hours before the delivery and it helped her stay calm and feel more in control. To be honest the doctors, Nurses and the staff at Motherhood were shocked and pleasantly surprised calling our baby super "cooperative" but we knew in our own heart that it was all the prep and tips that we got from your classes. Last but not the least - If women in your class our reading this I want them to know that if their partner is aware of their challenges, pains both physical and emotional the journey will be easier as they would not feel alone so please enroll them with you. This is what every woman deserves for sacrificing physically and in so many ways what she does to build her family. To all their husbands - Pooja Ma'ams class will help you be participants rather than spectators during the process and if you want someone to do this for your daughter tomorrow you must do the same for your wife today. Most grateful to Pooja Ma'am thank you for helping us and staying with us throughout the journey including on WhatsApp hrs before the delivery. 🙏🏻🙏🏻 My wife delivered in 3hrs with a first degree tear. Healed her stitches in 5 days without an epidural.

My water broke at 2 am Singapore time. Immediately contractions started with high intensity (For 5 minutes, 1 minute+ long contractions). Once I reached hospital, they checked cervix and confirmed that I was 6 cms dilated. By 5 am, I was 8 cms. Then by 7 am, I was 9 cms and then around 10 am, I was 10 cms. Then baby’s heart beat dropped so the Dr immediately ask me to start push during contractions multiple times and he asked me give my best each time. She was born at 10:42 am Singapore time. She had her umbilical cord around her neck and also the umbilical cord had a knot. They kept oxygen immediately after she was born and she moved immediately. My little baby, Miraya was a brave warrior and a guiding light as her name suggests. She guided mummy, daddy, nurses and doctor when she was ready and did the hardwork. It was my pleasure and honour to have been her birthing partner. God bless her ❤ Thank you Pooja ji for all the support and guidance.🙏 I was truly ready both mentally and physically because of your teachings and guidance throughout my pregnancy journey. I delivered a baby boy today, 06-02, at 3:47 AM. As I mentioned earlier, I had inconsistent contractions on 05-02 and was already 3 cm dilated in my appointment. My doctor advised me to go home, walk, and try some exercises. Throughout the day, I practiced breathing and asanas. Around 7:30 PM, the contractions became more consistent, but I still had to wait until 11:30 PM when they were 7 minutes apart and lasted 50 seconds. After consulting with the triage nurse, I was advised to come to the hospital. Upon examination, I was already 6 cm dilated. The pain intensity was intense, so I decided to go with an epidural, which I received around 1:30 AM. During contractions, I focused on pelvic breathing, which helped me manage. At 3:30 AM, the nurse checked, and I was 10 cm dilated, and my water broke around the same time. The birthing team then prepared me for the final pushes, and I was able to deliver the baby within 5 minutes. Breathing techniques turned out to be incredibly effective for me—I never imagined it would make things feel so manageable. Of course, throughout the entire process, I was also manifesting a painless experience. Thank you so much pooja ji❤🙏

I started getting contractions in front around 5 am because of which i just woke out of my sleep but i was not completely sure but was easily manageable by deep breathing technique. Then around 8 am i found blood spotting along with the fluid so i was sure this is labour signs . Then i had my breakfast and had a good relaxing bath at home . Then around 12.30 we went to doctor place and she confirmed i was in labour and 5-6 cm dilated and will be able to deliver the baby in around next 2 hrs. Then after that around 1.30 pm i felt i will not able to manage the pain but my husband supported me a lot making me remember to deep breath and after the head was down in then i was able to deliver the baby out in next 3 pushes.

I joined your classes at 32weeks determined to try VBAC and flip my breech baby. Little did I know I would gain so much more than I asked for. My previous delivery was done at 34 weeks in July 2023 due severe IUGR and low AFI. I still have some trauma from that experience. This time I was asked to go for c section exactly at 37weeks due to apparent low AFI and the breech position. In my heart I knew my baby was fine and the fluid was adequate due to strong movements. The affirmations in class made me strongly trust my body to carry the pregnancy for longer. I explained to my family and doctor that I want to birth this baby with a more positive mental state. With a plan of careful monitoring they agreed. At 39 weeks I delivered a 3.28kg healthy baby girl . This time I was more confident and happy that I’d everything in my power my child. The asanas and visualizations didn’t flip my baby but I got to experience a beautiful c-section delivery. She was born healthy, given to me for skin to skin and even first latch in the OT. I cried tears of joy throughout. Also I stood up within 20 hours of my surgery and I’m walking around now. This definitely has got to do with all the exercises in classes. I think I took the best decision joining your classes.

Allhumdullilah on 14.05.2025 I was blessed with the baby girl ❤❤❤❤. While doing C Section we came to know that Vaginal delivery was not possible in my case despite of all the efforts we have put because the Umbilical Cord was too short to proceed with. When I got to hear this news that we only have C Section as an option, I was very disheartened but me and my gynaecologist both discussed that doing yoga not only help in Vaginal delivery but also helps in keeping the body active, baby good health and little to no complications in the body I am extremely thankful to you Pooja ji for all the guidance and support. Without you this cannot be possible, the confidence I built up while doing yoga and keeping myself fit has huge impact in my health, I never had swollen legs , I was active and no pain at all in different parts of the body. I would rather say I enjoyed my pregnancy because of your help and dedication in yoga. Once again thanks Pooja ji☺☺☺
