Who is a Birth Partner?
Your birth partner is anyone you choose to be by your side during labour and birth to support you-emotionally, physically, and mentally.
They could be:
- Your husband/partner
- Mother or sister
- Close friend
- Doula
- Mother-in-law or another trusted family member
Their role is to comfort, encourage, and help you follow your birth plan.
They don’t need medical knowledge-just a caring heart and willingness to support you.

I work with expecting and new mothers as a Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga Teacher and Childbirth Educator, blending modern evidence-based knowledge with the timeless wisdom of Garbh Sanskar.

This workshop is not recommended in early pregnancy. It is designed for mothers closer to labour.
